Join ICAN In Telling Secretary Kennedy: Please Help the Covid-19 Vaccine Injured

Federal law gives the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) the authority to review or reverse any Covid-19 vaccine injury compensation decision. With more than 98% of all Covid-19 petitions denied so far, ICAN’s legal team has appealed to Secretary Kennedy to reexamine these cases. This isn’t an issue that can be ignored any longer. Sign and share our petition to help us show Secretary Kennedy that you have not forgotten the vaccine injured!

The PREP Act shields all Covid-19 vaccine manufacturers from liability—they can’t be sued for the injuries their products cause. The only recourse for the vaccine injured is the useless Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP), which has denied an astounding 98.6% of all Covid-19 requests for benefits to date.

ICAN has been working with React-19 to advocate for the thousands of severely injured whose lives were changed after they got the Covid-19 vaccine. Our legal team identified a federal regulation that gives the HHS Secretary the full authority to “at any time, on [his] own motion or on application, review any determination made under” the CICP and to “affirm, vacate, or modify the determination in any manner the Secretary deems appropriate.”

We have written to Secretary Kennedy multiple times, urging him to review these petitions. So far, our letters have gone unanswered by him. We need your help to ensure this critical issue becomes a priority for the Secretary.

Sign our petition today asking Secretary Kennedy to review these CICP petitions and decide for himself whether they deserve compensation! Then share it far and wide so that Secretary Kennedy understands the seriousness of this issue.
