On August 6, 2020, ICAN filed a lawsuit against the CDC after it refused to produce the emails of the CDC’s top personnel involved in addressing COVID-19.
ICAN also filed a similar but more involved lawsuit against the NIH for its emails and other relevant documents regarding COVID-19 and a potential COVID-19 vaccine. Just as the pharmaceutical companies will never rest when it comes to promoting and selling their vaccine products, we will never rest in exposing the truth regarding these products.
